By accessing or using the services provided by Legion Commercial Finance LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Services

We specialize in providing Merchant Cash Advance pre-approval assistance to businesses (“Services”). We connect clients to direct lenders (banks) for financing. We do not provide loans directly nor accept or process payments from clients.

3. Payment and Fees

Our compensation is paid exclusively by the lending institutions from closing proceeds as disclosed in closing documents. We do not accept payments from clients, and no refunds are applicable as our fees are contingent upon successful loan closing.

4. User Information and Submission

Clients provide sensitive financial and personal information (e.g., bank statements, business details) through secure online forms solely for loan pre-approval purposes. No user accounts or logins are created on our website.

5. No License Requirement & Compliance

While there is no formal licensing requirement for our services, we are approved by the NYC Department of Finance. We comply with all relevant laws applicable to our operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legion Commercial Finance LLC is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services or from actions of third-party lenders.

7. No Refunds or Disputes

All financial transactions, including payments and refunds, are handled directly between clients and lenders. We are not responsible for any disputes or refund claims.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services to any client at our discretion, including for breach of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Staten Island, NY.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
